What we keep, and why.

What we collect
When you submit a flight request we store the trip details you entered (places, times, passenger count, aircraft preference, notes) and the contact fields (name, email, telephone). The site also records the time of submission. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.
How it is used
Request data is used to arrange charter options with licensed direct air carriers and to write back to you. It is not sold, and it is not listed publicly. An operator of this site may review inbound requests at a password-protected internal page.
Sharing
Trip particulars may be shared with licensed direct air carriers and, where needed, with handling agents or other professionals required to evaluate or operate the flight. We share what is necessary for the trip, not a marketing list.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the trip and to meet ordinary record-keeping and dispute needs, then deleted or archived with access limited to the operator of this site.
Cookies
A session cookie is set only after a successful sign-in to the internal requests page. The public site does not use advertising cookies.
Your requests
To correct or delete a request you submitted, write to ashmere@agentmail.to from the same address you used on the form and include the reference shown on the confirmation screen.
